Thank you for visiting and shopping at movesea.com. Senaitech Inc aims to offer you the best shipping options. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. Most Senaitech Inc packages are shipped via UPS, USPS, DHL, Fedex, DPD Shipping. The estimated delivery time is 5-9 business days for the products in stock.

In the event of a delay in delivery of more than 20 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after the specified period of receipt of the set of products when placing an order, if this delay is due to Senaitech Inc , the customer, after a written claim (letter or e-mail), may unilaterally refuse the order by refunding the amounts paid in the event of a prepayment, and the parties agree that no claims for damages, present or future, are applicable, directly or indirectly, as well as in conditions of consequential damage or loss of profits.

PLACE AND METHOD OF DELIVERY

The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Subsequent change of delivery location at the request of the customer may result in additional costs of the selling price to be borne by the purchaser.

The goods will be delivered to the client by the transport company, along with a packing list that includes client identification data, order details, and the number of packages in the shipment. In the event that the customer checks at the time of delivery of errors in the received goods or that it has visible damage, then they must record these circumstances on the carrier's consignment note and inform Senaitech Inc of these facts within 24 hours through the customer support service posted on its website or at the company's registered office. 

*SHIPPING COSTS

    Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the shipping address of the customer. The final shipping costs will be indicated on the checkout page of the order.

      DAMAGES

      Senaitech Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost your package, please record these circumstances on the carrier's consignment note and inform Senaitech Inc of these facts within 24 hours through the info@movesea.com.

      CANCELLATION

      Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on movesea.com. Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund after 24 hours and before delivery. Orders made more than 30 days ago cannot be canceled.
