The Genius supports up to five selectable gases and can work with up to five optional high-pressure probes for integrated tank data management. In Dive Mode, it displays key information such as depth, time, temperature, decompression data, oxygen percentage, and MOD. It also includes a predictive gas change function, altitude compensation for diving up to 3700 m, and selectable audio and visual alarms for added safety.
A separate Gauge / Bottom Timer mode makes it useful as a backup instrument, with pressure data, compass, average depth, and a resettable stopwatch. The Planner mode allows divers to simulate decompression and surface intervals before the dive.
