Computer Screen Black-White Seac 160-8NW
Description:
The SEAC Screen is a dive computer designed to make underwater data easier to read at a glance. Its large display presents the main dive information in a clear, distinct format, helping divers monitor their profile with confidence. Contrast and brightness can be adjusted, and the backlight can be set automatically or manually, with a duration from 2 to 60 seconds. The display is protected by a sturdy rubber housing, adding durability for regular use in demanding diving conditions.
This model operates in three main modes: Scuba, Gauge, and Freedive, making it suitable for a wide range of diving styles. In Scuba mode, it manages dive profiles according to the Bühlmann ZHL-16C decompression algorithm and supports 1 or 2 gas mixes, including air, Nitrox, and other mixes with oxygen content up to 99%. It also includes sound alarms and warning lights for decompression stop violations, excessive ascent speed, and depth limit exceedance. Gauge mode provides depth gauge and stopwatch functions for experienced divers, while Freedive mode displays surface intervals, dive times, current depth, and maximum depth reached during the session.
The long strap is designed for comfortable wear, even over a dry suit, and the two front buttons are shaped for quick, easy operation, including when wearing thick gloves. A dive planner is included to help simulate and plan dives by showing NDL time based on depth and other settings. The logbook stores up to 40 hours in Scuba/Gauge mode or 18 hours in Freedive mode, supporting post-dive review and tracking. Data can be downloaded via USB, and firmware updates plus SEAC Dive Manager software are available online.
