Seac Action HR is a wrist-mount dive computer designed for both scuba diving and freediving, offering an easy-to-use interface for recreational divers. It provides three main operating modes: Scuba, Gauge, and Freediving, allowing it to adapt to different dive styles and profile management needs. In Scuba mode, it supports full recreational dive management with the Bühlmann ZHL-16C decompression algorithm and works with one or two gas mixes, including air, Nitrox, and mixes with oxygen concentrations up to 99%. Gauge mode offers depth gauge and stopwatch functions for independent dive tracking, while Freediving mode displays dive and surface time together with current and maximum depth.

The computer includes logbook memory for extended recording, with up to 40 hours in Scuba mode and 18 hours in Freediving mode. Safety functions such as MOD exceeded alarm, deco stop violated alarm, ascent speed alarm, NoFly time, desaturation calculations, and maximum permitted altitude warning help support more controlled diving. The unit also features an NDL-only dive planner and can be connected to Dive Manager software for MAC/PC through a USB cable, sold separately. A contrast LCD screen with adjustable-intensity backlighting improves readability underwater and in low-light conditions.
