Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most Movesea packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Place and method of delivery

The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Subsequent change of delivery location at the request of the customer may result in additional costs of the selling price to be borne by the purchaser.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the shipping address of the customer. The final shipping costs will be indicated on the checkout page of the order.

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost your package, please record these circumstances on the carrier's consignment note and inform Movesea of these facts within 24 hours through the


Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund after 24 hours and before delivery. Orders purchased after 30 days could not be cancelled.


Please contact for assistance. We will help you create a return label and process your refund after receiving your returned items. Note: No refunds or material claims will be accepted after 30 days of receipt. We are only responsible for return and replacement costs if we made a mistake in sending the product to you, otherwise they will be at your expense.

For the return of orders, we'll charge the transaction fee + shipping cost. For quality issues, we will give you the full refund or one-time free replacement after you receive the goods.

All materials returned for reimbursement must be in ideal conditions of sale, as delivered, unused and without any usage tracks, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Batterie's return policy:

  • A return request must occur within 14 days of purchase
  • The products must be in original condition and packaging
  • The products must be an unused and salable conditions
  • The battery contacts must have no signs of usage

IMPORTANT: Technologically complex goods are non-refundable and cannon be exchange, with the exception of cases of factory defect proven by an independent technical examination. Please do not stick tape or stickers directly on the box and/or packaging and wrap the item first.

Return Shipping Cost

We will charge you the shipping fee under these circumstances:

  • If you cancel your order over 24 hours and within 30 days without any reasons, we'll charge the transaction fee + shipping cost;
  • Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
  • Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
  • Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes.
