The Revolution is the most intuitive and stable ROV for underwater surveys and inspections, built tough to survive harsh underwater conditions to accomplish complex missions.
The Revolution Base package includes the BRIDGE integrated controller + SD Card, and the ROV itself. It comes equipped with the 260 degree rotating camera head and grabber, LED floodlights and a 10cm laser scaler for accurate estimations of object sizes. The base package includes a battery set as well as a spare set to efficiently swap for extended missions.
The batteries take just 30 seconds to change and one and a half to three hours to recharge, meaning virtually endless power if you ladder charging between uses. If you prefer constant direct power, there is a direct power option for the Revolution.
The ROV’s handheld controller comes equipped with a 7” LCD display. The high definition and bright display offers a portable yet high quality viewing experience for one operator. The handheld controller comes equipped with an HDMI out port, along with Ethernet, SD and USB ports. This allows you the flexibility of connecting to other devices.
Each Revolution purchase includes a free online training session with Technical Trainer to set you up for success.
Enhanced 4K Camera
- Our upgraded lens and advanced image processing via Deep Trekker's Bridge software deliver superior underwater visuals, featuring a broader field of view, enhanced clarity, and automatic color correction.
Revolving Head
- The standout feature is the 260-degree revolving head at the vehicle's front. This centralizes the ultra-high-definition camera, along with powerful LED floodlights and a laser scaler on your controller's view. Adjust the camera, lights, laser scaler, imaging sonar, and grabber angles for your specific application, whether it's sweeping an area or examining a ship's hull.
Stable Six-Thruster Control
- The ROV is propelled by six powerful thrusters, two vertically for precise depth and four horizontally in a vectored configuration for lateral movements. This thruster setup excels in handling heavy currents and offers stable control for precise inspection or survey adjustments.
Operation Longevity
- The Revolution is powered by two Lithium Ion battery tubes on the bottom of the ROV. These battery tubes or skis can be interchanged very quickly with the included spare set to keep your operations up and running. At the front of the skis are additional LED floodlights for even better illumination for your video.
BRIDGE Seamless Sensor Integrations
- Our ROVs are controlled by our BRIDGE software, which enables you to see and record data from many different sensors all from a handheld controller. When you add positional sensors such as the USBL, you can see your position on screen via a Google map and record your position as it changes over time along with the video and your other sensor data. Imaging sonars are also integrated directly on the handheld, allowing you to see and record sonar data side by side with your position and video footage.

Magnetic Coupling
- Thrusters employ innovative magnetic coupling, uniting the propeller assembly and drive motor using magnets. This design ensures durability, eliminates wear over time, and requires no ongoing maintenance, such as oiling or greasing.
Direct Sonar Integration
- An optional mount for a multibeam imaging sonar is located above the camera head. This sonar provides clear visuals through murky water and over long distances. You can monitor sonar footage live and record it alongside your video, all on your handheld controller, without needing extra laptops or monitors.
Simple Field-Change Tools
- Below the camera is a two-function grabber with interchangeable claws for sampling, measuring, recoveries, or tool manipulation.

- Imaging Sonar Systems. With over half a dozen options available, these aid in navigation and target identification through murky conditions.
- Manipulator and Water Sampler Bundles. Grabber claws, water/sediment samplers, cutters, and mort pushers ensure readiness for a range of physical tasks.
- Thickness Gauges. The Cygnus Thickness Gauge Integration allows the operator to evaluate the thickness of steel on tanks, hulls or other metal surfaces.
- Environmental Sensors. Water quality sondes and dissolved oxygen sensors provide insights to key parameters like Temperature/Conductivity, pH/ORP, or Chlorophyll A.
- Extended fiber optics tethers. With upgrades available up to 850m, extended tethers are optimal for longer range projects.
