Computer Screen Black-Blue Seac 160-8NB
Description:
The SEAC Screen is a dive computer designed to make dive data easier to read at a glance. Its large display presents the main information in a single view with clear, distinct characters, helping divers stay focused underwater. Contrast and brightness can be adjusted, and the backlight can be set in automatic or manual mode with a duration from 2 to 60 seconds. The display is protected by a sturdy rubber housing, while the long strap is designed for comfortable wear even over a dry suit. Two front buttons are positioned for quick and easy control, including with very thick gloves.
SEAC Screen offers three main operating modes: Scuba, Gauge, and Freedive. In Scuba mode, it manages dive profiles with the Bühlmann ZHL-16C decompression algorithm and supports 1 or 2 gas mixes, including air, Nitrox, and other mixes with O2 up to 99%. It also provides sound alarms and warning lights for key safety limits such as decompression stop violations, excessive ascent speed, and maximum depth warnings. Gauge mode gives experienced divers a depth gauge and stopwatch for independent dive management, while Freedive mode displays surface intervals, dive times, current depth, and maximum depth reached during the session.
The dive planner lets you simulate and plan dives by showing NDL time based on depth and selected input data. The logbook stores up to 40 hours of diving in Scuba/Gauge mode or 18 hours in Freedive mode. Data can be downloaded via USB, and firmware updates and the SEAC Dive Manager software are available online. The computer runs on a replaceable CR2450 battery and also provides additional useful functions such as NoFly and desaturation calculations, altitude warning, and fresh or salt water selection. With its practical design and readable display, the SEAC Screen is built for divers who want clear information and easy handling in a compact wrist computer.
